Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Obama Academy of International Studies can't hold off North Hills
January 14, 2017: Pittsburgh, PA 15229 The Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles basketball team (Pittsburgh, PA), was nudged 74-69 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host North Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA)
The Indians now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Allegheny for a WPIAL 6A 1 battle on Tuesday, January 17. North Hills will battle a Tigers team coming off a 77-56 non-league win over John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 8-4.
The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Westinghouse (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Pittsburgh City battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Westinghouse was nudged by Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY), 48-36, in a non-league battle.
