Texas High School Football - Nolan Catholic victorious over Bishop Lynch

The Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) football overcame the host Bishop Lynch Friars (Dallas, TX), 50-21 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the John Paul II Cardinals (Plano, TX) in a TAPPS Division I District 1 bout, on Friday, October 8. Nolan Catholic will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Cardinals enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 42-0 league loss to Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX).

The Friars (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against All Saints (Fort Worth, TX). The Saints enter the TAPPS Division I District 1 bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, All Saints thwarted Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX), 41-24, in a league bout.
