Indiana High School Basketball - Hanover Central overwhelms Griffith

January 13, 2024: Cedar Lake, IN 46303

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) and the visiting Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN), saw Hanover Central's basketball squad wallop Griffith by a count of 59-25.

With the victory, Hanover Central upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hobart (Hobart, IN) to play the Brickies in a Northwest Crossroads challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Brickies come into the challenge with a record of 6-13.

Next up, the Panthers play the Highland Trojans (Highland, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Griffith will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 67-58 non-league win over Hammond Morton (Hammond, IN).
