The Twin Valley South Panthers basketball team (West Alexandria, OH), was nudged 48-43 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH)

The Tigers now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coldwater for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. Ansonia will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 65-44 non-league win over Ayersville (Defiance, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 5-0.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Valley View (Germantown, OH). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Valley View edged Waynesville (Waynesville, OH), 65-62, in a league battle.
