February 8, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07302 The McNair Academic Cougars (Jersey City, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Harrison Blue Tide (Harrison, NJ), 51-32 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cougars (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Union City (Union City, NJ). The Soaring Eagles go into the non-league test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Union City was beaten by Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ), 47-44, in a non-league test.
The Blue Tide now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Wood-Ridge for a non-league test on Saturday, February 10. Harrison will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 67-38 non-league loss to Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-15.
