Coming up next, the Hawks encounter the Northwest Wolves (Waukee, IA) in a non-league test, on Monday, June 26. Ankeny will attempt to improve on its 21-5 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 14-3 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA).
The Mustangs (14-3) will now prepare for their test against Chariton (Chariton, IA). The Chargers come into the non-league test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Chariton was routed by Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont (Eddyville, IA), 7-4, in a non-league test.
