The Southern Valley Eagles volleyball team (Oxford, NE), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE)

The Titans (22-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Omaha Christian Academy (Omaha, NE). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Omaha Christian Academy defeated College View Academy (Lincoln, NE), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons (Wilcox, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Southern Valley will attempt to move on its 14-8 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 5-19 record after their 2-0 league loss to Silver Lake (Roseland, NE).
