In Thursday's league contest, the Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX) softball team overwhelmed the host Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX), by a margin of 11-3.

With the triumph, Seguin moves its record to 22-8 on the year. The Matadors travel to Wagner (San Antonio, TX) to play the Thunderbirds in a 5A Region IV District 26 contest on Tuesday, April 11. The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a record of 3-22. Wagner lost 9-1 in their recent league contest against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX)
