The Franklin County Wildcats football team (Brookville, IN), was knocked off 37-8 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN)

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Batesville (Batesville, IN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Batesville knocked off Rushville (Rushville, IN), 44-0, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lawrenceburg for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 17. Franklin County will meet a Tigers team coming off a 45-20 non-league win over Southport (Indianapolis, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
