The St. Rita Mustangs basketball team scored 82 points and held the host Lincoln Park Lions to 68 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitney Young for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. St. Rita will battle a Dolphins team coming off a 61-56 non-league win over Hammond Central (Hammond, IN). The Dolphins record now stands at 10-5.

The Lions (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hammond Morton (Hammond, IN). The Governors enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record.
