The River Valley Panthers football team (Blairsville, PA), was beaten 43-14 in Friday's league challenge with the host Penns Manor Comets (Clymer, PA)

The Comets (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA). The Wolves come into the Heritage challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, West Shamokin achieved victory over Homer-Center (Homer City, PA), 56-50, in a league challenge.
