January 21, 2022: Harvard, IL 60033 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) and the host Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL), saw Johnsburg's basketball squad wallop Harvard by a tally of 52-21.
With the victory, Johnsburg improves its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Skyhawks travel to Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL) to play the Thunder in a Kishwaukee River challenge on Tuesday, January 25. The Thunder come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Woodstock North won 40-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL)
Next up, the Hornets play the Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL) in a Kishwaukee River challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. Harvard will attempt to improve on its 0-14 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a 0-16 record after their 53-25 non-league loss to Jefferson (Rockford, IL).
