New Jersey High School Basketball - Wall Township thwarts Point Pleasant Boro
February 13, 2021: Wall, NJ 07719 The Wall Township Crimson Knights (Wall, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Point Pleasant Boro Panthers (Point Pleasant, NJ), 54-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Crimson Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ). The Bucs go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Red Bank Regional went down by Monmouth Regional (Tinton Falls, NJ), 62-58, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Barnegat for a Shore B - South test on Tuesday, February 16. Point Pleasant Boro will encounter a Bengals squad coming off a 51-30 non-league loss to Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ). The Bengals record now stands at 3-2.
