February 7, 2022: Darien, CT 06820 The Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT) basketball nipped the host Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT), 43-37 in Monday's league test.
The Hatters (10-6) will now prepare for their test against McMahon (Norwalk, CT). The Senators go into the Fairfield County test with a 2-13 record. In their last test, McMahon was tipped by St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT), 51-16, in a league test.
The Blue Wave now own a 3-11 record. They play next when they host St. Joseph for a Fairfield County test on Tuesday, February 8. Darien will encounter a Cadets squad coming off a 51-16 league win over McMahon (Norwalk, CT). The Cadets record now stands at 15-1.
