Michigan High School Basketball - Bullock Creek tops Birch Run
January 8, 2019: Midland, MI 48640 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI) and the visiting Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI), saw Bullock Creek's basketball squad knock off Birch Run by a count of 53-40.
With the victory, Bullock Creek upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Lancers host Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI) to play the Vikings in a Tri-Valley - Central challenge on Friday, January 11. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Swan Valley won 62-28 in their recent league challenge against Carrollton (Carrollton, MI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Millington Cardinals (Millington, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East challenge, on Friday, January 11. Birch Run will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 50-31 non-league loss to Laker (Pigeon, MI).
