Michigan High School Basketball - Swan Valley overwhelms Carrollton
January 8, 2019: Saginaw, MI 48609 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI) and the visiting Carrollton Cavaliers (Carrollton, MI), saw Swan Valley's basketball squad wallop Carrollton by a tally of 62-28.
With the victory, Swan Valley improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Bullock Creek (Midland, MI) to confront the Lancers in a Tri-Valley - Central challenge on Friday, January 11. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Bullock Creek won 53-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Birch Run (Birch Run, MI)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Garber Dukes (Essexville, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East challenge, on Friday, January 11. Carrollton will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Dukes come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 58-33 non-league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI).
