September 21, 2013: South Elgin, IL 60177 The East Tomcats football team (Aurora, IL), was knocked off 48-20 in Saturday's league challenge with the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL)
The Storm (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Mustangs come into the Upstate Eight - Valley challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Metea Valley knocked off Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 20-6, in a league challenge.
The Tomcats now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Neuqua Valley for a Upstate Eight - Valley challenge on Friday, September 27. East will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 54-28 non-league win over East (St. Charles, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
