December 17, 2009: San Francisco, CA 94127 The San Francisco Waldorf Wolverines basketball team (San Francisco, CA), was overwhelmed 52-26 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Athenian Owls (Danville, CA)
The Owls now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rincon Valley Christian for a non-league battle on Monday, December 28. Athenian will meet a Eagles team coming off a 53-32 non-league loss to Branson (Ross, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
The Wolverines (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Gateway (San Francisco, CA). The Gators come into the Bay Counties - Central battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Gateway was overwhelmed by Westmoor (Daly City, CA), 58-22, in a non-league battle.
