In Friday's non-league outing, the Jay Royals (Jay, FL) basketball squad felled the visiting Pace Patriots (Pace, FL), by a margin of 56-42.

The Royals (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Flomaton (Flomaton, AL). The Hurricanes go into the non-league outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Flomaton thwarted W.S. Neal (East Brewton, AL), 50-49, in a non-league outing.
