The Carson Cougars baseball team (China Grove, NC), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC)

The Vikings now hold a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Rowan for a non-league outing on Monday, April 1. South Iredell will face a Falcons team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 9-3.

Next, the Cougars face the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 1. Carson will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a 1-12 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC).
