The River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD) basketball crushed the visiting Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD), 89-37 in Wednesday's league test.

The Hawks (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD). The Scorpions go into the Howard County test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Oakland Mills was trounced by Long Reach (Columbia, MD), 81-57, in a league test.

The Vikings now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Atholton for a Howard County test on Friday, January 12. Mt. Hebron will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 63-51 league win over Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
