California High School Basketball - Arroyo Valley nudges Granite Hills
December 29, 2022: San Bernardino, CA 92411 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Arroyo Valley Hawks (San Bernardino, CA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA), by a margin of 51-50.
The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA). The Fighting Scots go into the San Andreas outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Rim of the World got by Citrus Hill (Perris, CA), 57-52, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Barstow for a Desert Sky outing on Wednesday, January 4. Granite Hills will clash with a Aztecs squad coming off a 48-47 non-league loss to Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Aztecs record now stands at 6-8.
