Indiana High School Football - Tri-Central topples Lapel

August 22, 2014: Lapel, IN 46051

The Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN) football defeated the host Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN), 40-18 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 29. Tri-Central will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 40-12 non-league loss to North White (Monon, IN).

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Frankton (Frankton, IN). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Frankton defeated Anderson Prep Academy (Anderson, IN), 52-6, in a non-league bout.
