October 14, 2016: New Holland, PA 17557 The Garden Spot Spartans football team (New Holland, PA), was beaten 34-23 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Cocalico Eagles (Denver, PA)
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA). The Pioneers come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Lampeter-Strasburg achieved victory over Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA), 31-30, in a league challenge.
