October 3, 2008: Anchorage, AK 99516 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Grace Christian Grizzlies (Anchorage, AK) and the visiting Wasilla Warriors (Wasilla, AK), saw Grace Christian's volleyball squad nip Wasilla by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Grace Christian upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Grizzlies host Palmer (Palmer, AK) to play the Moose in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 7. The Moose go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Palmer won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Ketchikan (Ketchikan, AK)
The Warriors now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lathrop for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 9. Wasilla will play a Malemutes squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Eielson (Eielson AFB, AK). The Malemutes record now stands at 8-1.
