October 9, 2009: Smiths, AL 36877 The Enterprise Wildcats (Enterprise, AL) football edged the host Smiths Station Panthers (Smiths, AL), 41-36 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Dothan Tigers (Dothan, AL) in a 6A Region 3 bout, on Friday, October 16. Enterprise will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 35-14 league loss to Central (Phenix City, AL).
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against Opelika (Opelika, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 6A Region 3 bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Opelika nudged Northview (Dothan, AL), 31-7, in a league bout.
