Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Highland Trojans (Highland, IN), 51-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Central upgrades its record to 22-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Gary West Side (Gary, IN) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 11-8. Gary West Side won 58-15 in their recent non-league bout against East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN)
