The Kent City Eagles football team (Kent City, MI), was beaten 23-8 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Buchanan Bucks (Buchanan, MI)

The Bucks (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Benton Harbor (Benton Harbor, MI). The Tigers come into the Lakeland challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Benton Harbor was beaten by Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, MI), 18-14, in a non-league challenge.
