Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the The Meadows School Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) and the host Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA), saw The Meadows School's basketball squad wallop Needles by a tally of 68-31.

With the victory, The Meadows School improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to White Pine (Ely, NV) to confront the Bobcats in a 2A Southern challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 5-11.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Awaken Christian Lions (Las Vegas, NV) in a 2A Southern challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Needles will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 62-48 non-league win over American Heritage Academy (Henderson, NV).
