The Thomasville Bulldogs baseball team (Thomasville, NC), was overwhelmed 16-1 in Saturday's league outing with the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC)

The Hornets now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Davidson for a Central Carolina 2A outing on Tuesday, March 5. Salisbury will confront a Dragons team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Ledford Senior (Thomasville, NC). The Dragons record now stands at 1-2.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC) in a Central Carolina 2A outing, on Wednesday, March 6. Thomasville will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Spartans go into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 14-3 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, NC).
