September 9, 2022: Mercer, PA 16137 Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA), 50-8 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wilmington improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Hickory (Hermitage, PA) to battle the Hornets in a District 10 Region 3 test on Friday, September 16. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 2-1. Hickory lost 28-14 in their recent league test against Sharon (Sharon, PA)
With the loss, Mercer drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Saegertown (Saegertown, PA) to battle the Panthers in a District 10 Region 1 test on Friday, September 16. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-3. Saegertown lost 22-20 in their recent league test against Cochranton (Cochranton, PA)
