Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Beaver tipped by Central Valley

The Central Valley Warriors basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Beaver Bobcats to 50 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hopewell for a WPIAL 4A 2 contest on Monday, February 5. Central Valley will meet a Vikings team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Rochester (Rochester, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-10.

The Bobcats (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Ambridge (Ambridge, PA). The Bridgers enter the WPIAL 4A 2 contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Ambridge was nudged by Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA), 1-0, in a league contest.
