Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the American Eagles (Fremont, CA) and the host Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA), saw American's basketball squad hold off Los Altos by a tally of 43-38.

With the victory, American improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Buchanan (Clovis, CA) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Buchanan won 71-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Lynbrook (San Jose, CA)
