January 5, 2018: Chino, CA 91710 The Chino Cowboys (Chino, CA) basketball felled the visiting Don Lugo Conquistadores (Chino, CA), 59-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cowboys (6-11) will now prepare for their test against West Covina (West Covina, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Hacienda test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, West Covina was beaten by Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA), 74-56, in a non-league test.
The Conquistadores now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they host Montclair for a Mt. Baldy test on Tuesday, January 9. Don Lugo will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 62-55 non-league loss to Pomona (Pomona, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-6.
