North Carolina High School Basketball - Randleman can't hold off Wheatmore
December 9, 2022: Randleman, NC 27317 The Wheatmore Warriors basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the host Randleman Tigers to 38 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Wheatmore will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 24-7 non-league loss to Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
The Tigers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Eastern Randolph was nudged by Western Alamance (Elon, NC), 66-44, in a non-league contest.
