The Rising Sun Shiners basketball team (Rising Sun, IN), was nudged 60-59 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Borden Braves (Borden, IN)

The Braves now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monrovia for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 28. Borden will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-62 non-league loss to Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.

The Shiners (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Lawrenceburg edged Seton Catholic (Richmond, IN), 54-41, in a non-league battle.
