November 27, 2021: LaGrange, IL 60525 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) and the visiting Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL), saw Lyons's basketball squad overcome Wheaton North by a tally of 57-48.
With the victory, Lyons improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Benet Academy (Lisle, IL) to confront the Redwings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 1. The Redwings come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Benet Academy won 51-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 2. Wheaton North will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 55-24 league win over Proviso East (Maywood, IL).
