The Northwest Vikings (Grand Island, NE) basketball crushed the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), 54-28 in Friday's league test.

The Vikings (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Aurora (Aurora, NE). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Aurora walloped York (York, NE), 54-34, in a league test.
