With the win, Mira Costa upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA) to battle the Bruins in a non-league outing on Monday, May 17. The Bruins go into the outing with a record of 0-5. Woodrow Wilson lost 20-6 in their recent league outing against Millikan (Long Beach, CA)
