September 16, 2023: Amherst, NY 14228 The Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY) football defeated the visiting Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY), 30-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Grand Island Vikings (Grand Island, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 23. Sweet Home will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 3-0 record after their 20-14 non-league win over Hamburg (Hamburg, NY).
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against North Collins (North Collins, NY). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, North Collins lost by Lancaster (Lancaster, NY), 39-0, in a non-league bout.
