Pennsylvania High School Football - Wyoming Area overwhelms Lake-Lehman
October 13, 2023: Lehman, PA 18627 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) and the host Lake-Lehman Knights (Lehman, PA), observed Wyoming Area's football squad bounce Lake-Lehman by a count of 49-14.
The Warriors now own a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Southern Columbia Area for a non-league contest on Friday, October 20. Wyoming Area will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 42-30 non-league loss to Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 3A-A contest, on Friday, October 20. Lake-Lehman will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Hawkeyes go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 50-7 non-league loss to Crestwood (Mountain Top, PA).
