Georgia High School Soccer - New Manchester knocks off Mt. Zion
February 25, 2022: Douglasville, GA 30135 The New Manchester Jaguars (Douglasville, GA) soccer bounced the visiting Mt. Zion Eagles (Mt. Zion, GA), 7-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
With the win, New Manchester moves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Creekside (Fairburn, GA) to battle the Seminoles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 28. The Seminoles go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Creekside won 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA)
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) in a A Public Region 6 bout, on Friday, March 4. Mt. Zion will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Commerce (Commerce, GA).
