Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Academy Park thwarts Kennett
January 23, 2024: Kennett Square, PA 19348 The Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA) basketball knocked off the host Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA), 84-74 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Chester (Chester, PA). The Clippers go into the Delaware Valley test with a 15-1 record. In their last test, Chester notched a victory over Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA), 60-39, in a league test.
The Blue Demons now own a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Sun Valley for a Ches-Mont - American test on Thursday, January 25. Kennett will encounter a Vanguards squad coming off a 56-34 league win over Oxford (Oxford, PA). The Vanguards record now stands at 9-7.
