January 6, 2024: Houma, LA 70360 The Vandebilt Catholic Terriers (Houma, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting LaGrange Gators (Lake Charles, LA), 52-44 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Terriers (9-6) will now prepare for their test against White Castle (White Castle, LA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 13-8 record. In their last test, White Castle notched a victory over GEO Next Generation (Baton Rouge, LA), 65-40, in a non-league test.
The Gators now own a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to St. Louis Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 9. LaGrange will encounter a Saints squad coming off a 66-34 non-league loss to Iota (Iota, LA). The Saints record now stands at 3-12.
