December 8, 2009: Lenoir, NC 28645 The West Caldwell Warriors basketball team (Lenoir, NC), was nudged 62-60 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC)
The Pioneers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ashe County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 15. Watauga will meet a Huskies team coming off a 63-35 league win over East Wilkes (Ronda, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 3-1.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record.
