The Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA) basketball knocked off the host Mother McAuley Mighty Macs (Chicago, IL), 54-45 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Blue Devils (11-1) will now prepare for their test against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 14-3 record. In their last test, Lyons notched a victory over Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL), 68-31, in a non-league test.

The Mighty Macs now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to New Trier for a non-league test on Saturday, January 7. Mother McAuley will encounter a Trevians squad coming off a 60-21 non-league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Trevians record now stands at 11-8.
