In Tuesday's league challenge, the Northampton County Jaguars (Gaston, NC) baseball squad the visiting Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC), by a final score of 22-19.

With the win, Northampton County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC) to battle the Tigers in a Tar Roanoke 1A challenge on Thursday, March 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-0.
