The Sharyland Rattlers thwarted the host Pioneer Diamondbacks football team by a count of 35-22 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Sharyland upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Rattlers host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest (Pharr, TX) to encounter the Javelinas in a 5A-2 Region IV District 16 outing on Friday, November 4. The Javelinas go into the outing with a record of 1-8. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest lost 39-7 in their recent league outing against Roma (Roma, TX)

With the loss, Pioneer moves to 6-3 on the season. The Diamondbacks travel to Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX) to encounter the Wolverines in a 5A-2 Region IV District 16 outing on Friday, November 4. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 4-5. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial won 22-21 in their recent league outing against Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX)
