December 29, 2023: Yamhill, OR 97148 The North Valley Knights basketball team (Grants Pass, OR), was toppled 42-34 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Yamhill-Carlton Tigers (Yamhill, OR)
The Tigers now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Neah-Kah-Nie for a 3A Coastal Range battle on Wednesday, January 3. Yamhill-Carlton will confront a Pirates team coming off a 67-22 non-league win over Irrigon (Irrigon, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 7-3.
The Knights (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary's (Medford, OR). The Crusaders come into the 3A Far West battle with a 3-6 record.
