The Torres Toros (Madera, CA) basketball knocked off the host Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), 67-50 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Toros (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA). The Broncos go into the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Dos Palos went down by East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA), 83-51, in a non-league test.

The Pirates now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Tranquillity for a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. Reedley will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 70-31 non-league loss to Sanger West (Fresno, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-8.
